Connector Privacy Policy
For the Aethon Credit Intelligence connector for Claude · v1.0 · September 2026. This addendum sits alongside the platform Privacy Policy.
1. What the connector collects
The connector collects only what is needed to authenticate you and answer a request: your OAuth access token (which identifies your Aethon Credit Intelligence account and subscription tier) and the parameters of each tool call — provider names or slugs, search terms, and the allocations you pass to a portfolio assessment. It collects no client personal information. Portfolio inputs are computed on and returned in the response; they are never stored.
2. How it is used
Access tokens are used for authentication and subscription-tier entitlement checks only. Query parameters are used solely to retrieve the certified risk data you asked for and to return it to you through Claude. Your data is not used for advertising or profiling.
3. Storage
OAuth access tokens are short-lived and expire per their embedded lifetime; they are not stored server-side beyond the request. In this version there is no query logging. The server keeps standard HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path — no request bodies) for operational and security purposes, retained for 30 days.
4. Third-party sharing
None. Aethon Credit Intelligence does not share connector usage data with any third party, including Anthropic. Anthropic’s connector terms confirm it does not receive training rights over partner data exchanged through a connector.
5. Data retention
Access and refresh tokens expire per their lifetime and are not retained afterward. HTTP access logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. No query content is retained beyond the lifecycle of the request that produced it.

7. GDPR
Data processing through the connector is minimal: an OAuth identity plus certified-score lookups. No personal data beyond the OAuth identity is processed. The lawful basis is the performance of the service you request; you may contact us at the address above to exercise access or erasure rights.
